Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Operations Executives for a large-scale blue-collar hiring project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage field operations and daily activities.
• Coordinate with candidates, team members and local teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and documentation.
• Track attendance, joining and workforce requirements.
• Resolve basic field-level issues and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
• Graduate/12th pass candidates can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
