हमें अपनी कंपनी 'AA Enterprises' के प्रीमियम ब्रांड 'शिवालय अगरबत्ती और धूप' के विस्तार के लिए मेहनती और ऊर्जावान सेल्समैन की आवश्यकता है। मुख्य कार्य सीधे बाजार में जाकर विभिन्न दुकानदारों, जनरल स्टोर्स और किराना स्टोर मालिकों से संपर्क करना और उत्पाद की बिक्री बढ़ाना होगा।मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):फील्ड विजिट: प्रतिदिन निर्धारित क्षेत्र की दुकानों (किराना, जनरल स्टोर, पूजा सामग्री की दुकान) पर जाना।ऑर्डर बुकिंग: दुकानदारों को 'शिवालय प्रीमियम अगरबत्ती' के सैंपल दिखाना, उनकी विशेषताओं के बारे में बताना और ऑर्डर लेना।लक्ष्य प्राप्ति: कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य (Sales Target) को पूरा करना।पेमेंट कलेक्शन: दुकानदारों से समय पर भुगतान (Payment) एकत्र करना।मार्केट रिपोर्टिंग: रोजाना की सेल्स रिपोर्ट और फीडबैक अपने सुपरवाइजर को देना।रिलेशनशिप बिल्डिंग: नए ग्राहकों (दुकानदारों) को जोड़ना और पुराने ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।योग्यता (Requirements):शिक्षा: न्यूनतम 10वीं या 12वीं पास।अनुभव: सेल्स या मार्केटिंग में 6 महीने से 1 साल का अनुभव (फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।साधन: स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन (Bike) और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।कौशल: बातचीत करने में कुशल (Good Communication Skills) और प्रभावशाली व्यक्तित्व।नियमित और समय का पाबंद होना चाहिए। वेतन और लाभ (Salary & Benefits):आकर्षक फिक्स्ड सैलरी (अनुभव के अनुसार)।बिक्री पर शानदार इंसेंटिव (Incentive)।पेट्रोल का खर्च (Travel Allowance)।
