Job Description

A Field Sales Executive drives sales by identifying leads, traveling to meet clients, presenting products/services, and closing deals within a defined territory. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, performing market research, and providing excellent customer service. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation, time management, and self-motivation skills, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential customers within an assigned territory. 

  • Sales Presentations:

    Presenting and promoting company products or services to prospective and existing customers. 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. 

  • Sales Closing:

    Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals. 

  • Territory Management:

    Planning visits and travel to various locations to meet with clients and promote products or services. 

  • Market Research:

    Staying updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify selling possibilities. 

  • Sales Reporting:

    Maintaining sales reports and forecasts, and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 

Key Qualifications 

  • Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar external sales role.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong sales prospecting and lead generation abilities.

    • Effective presentation and public speaking skills.

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours.

    • A valid driver's license.

    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
