Key Responsibilities:
Visit electrical markets, retail counters, and project sites to promote LED lighting products
Appoint and develop new distributors in assigned territory
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to clients
Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in LED / Electrical / Lighting industry (preferred)
Experience in field sales and distributor handling
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of LED product specifications
Ability to travel within Kolkata market
