Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and promote company products/services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, networking and referrals.

• Give product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits.

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Maintain daily visit reports, client interaction updates and sales closures.

• Identify new business opportunities in the market and propose strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery & customer support.

• Attend sales meetings, reviews and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under target-driven environment.

• Good presentation skills and willingness to learn.

• Must be comfortable with travelling extensively.
