Field sales Excecutive

We are looking for Energetic and motivated Field sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our Shine Points- Rewards Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The Job involves meeting Retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free Offer ends).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet and pitch the SHINEPOINTS SOFTWARE to retail store owners in your city (any area). Achieve the target of 50 Store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives. Build and maintain good relationships. Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager. Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

Experience: Freshers or Candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply.

Languages: Good communication skill in regional language and basic English

Salary:

12th Pass: Rs.2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. Rs.19500 per month take-home)+ Incentives

Graduates: Rs.3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. Rs.25000 per month take-home)+ Incentives
