Job Title: Field Sales Coordinator (Gujarat Region)

Role Objective
To synchronize field sales activities with production and logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales pipeline in Gujarat moves smoothly—from the initial site survey and dealer inquiry to final delivery and installation support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all leads generated across Gujarat. Assign leads to field executives and track their "Status-to-Closure."
Site Surveys & Technical Mapping: Visit project sites (Solar farms, GIDC factories, or Infrastructure projects) to coordinate technical measurements and provide accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to the backend team.
Dealer Liaison: Visit the dealer network across Rajkot, Surat, and Ahmedabad to audit stock levels, collect market feedback, and ensure Unifence branding is displayed.
Sales-Production Link: Coordinate daily with the manufacturing unit (Delhi/NCR) to provide real-time updates on Gujarat's order requirements and dispatch priorities.
Payment & Documentation: Follow up on field collections, ensure GST invoices are received by clients, and manage the "Waybill" documentation for goods entering Gujarat.
Daily Reporting: Maintain the Gujarat Sales Tracker; ensure all field visits by the sales team are logged and verified.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales Coordination or Operations within the Steel, Wire, Construction, or Hardware industry.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fencing products (Chain link, GI wires, Barb wire) is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for Business. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in Gujarati (for dealers), Hindi (for factory coordination), and functional English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across the state 40–50% of the time to support the field team.
