Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Coordinator to join our team at Subco Organics. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 55,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visiting cafes, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens and food stalls daily
Generating new B2B customers
Explaining Subco Organics' products and pricing
Converting leads into regular customers
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Taking customer requirements and coordinating with the warehouse supervisor
Ensuring smooth order fulfillment
Collecting market feedback and competitor pricing
Conducting B2C promotional activities whenever required
Achieving monthly sales targets
Maintaining daily visit and lead reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
