Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Female Field Sales Coordinator for the Jalandhar (Punjab) region.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with sugar plants, maintaining client relationships, supporting sales activities, and generating new business opportunities.

This role follows a hybrid work model:

• 2 days of field visits per week

• 4 days work-from-home, coordinating with clients remotely

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with sugar plants in the region

• Identify potential business opportunities and support the sales team

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable recommendations

• Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling

• Assist in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required

• Track market developments and competitor activities

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams

• Maintain client data, reports, and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Age: 30 to 50 years

• Must be fluent in Punjabi (speaking)

• 5–15 years of experience in sales coordination/industrial marketing/sales

• Strong communication, follow-up, and client-handling skills

• Ability to manage field visits and remote coordination efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
