Sarpanch Samvaad is a digital mobile application and network developed by the Quality Council of India (QCI) that connects Sarpanchs (village heads) across India to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and grassroots development. It serves as a unified platform for sharing ideas, showcasing village development initiatives, accessing information on government schemes, and participating in training modules to improve governance and rural development. The initiative aims to empower Sarpanchs and transform villages into "Quality Villages" by creating a strong network of local leaders.
