About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to strengthen our distributor network and support business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular physical visits to distributors, coordinating with their teams, monitoring market activities, and driving sales initiatives to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular physical visits to assigned distributors and their markets.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors and their sales teams.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and promotional activities.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve market penetration.
Monitor stock availability and help prevent stock shortages at distributor points.
Track distributor performance and support them in achieving monthly sales targets.
Assist in planning and executing product launches, schemes, and market development activities.
Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, consumer trends, and retailer feedback.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Service for smooth operations.
Ensure proper visibility and availability of company products in the market.
Support the expansion of the distributor and retailer network in assigned territories.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Channel Sales, FMCG Sales, or Distributor Management.
Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel may also be considered.
Female candidates will be preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Nature
This is a 100% field-based position.
The role requires frequent travel and regular visits to distributor locations and markets.
Candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and actively contributing to business growth.
