Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive (Event Sales) to join our team at Magic Box Animation Pvt. Ltd. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, promoting event-related services, and achieving sales targets. The position offers a salary of up to ₹30,000 + Incentives along with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.

• Promote and sell the company's event and activation services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports and update client information regularly.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to travel and meet clients regularly. A minimum of 1–5 years of sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of Tamil and English is required, and Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage. Applicants should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and business development.
