We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Sales Executive & Coordinator who can drive project-based sales while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and site execution teams.
This is a hybrid role combining sales generation + project coordination + client management, ideal for someone who understands both technical solutions and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new project opportunities in:
Residential (Luxury apartments, villas)
Builders & Developers
Architects & Interior Designers
Present and promote solutions:
Home Automation
Smart Lighting
CCTV & Security
Networking & Wi-Fi
Motorized Curtains
Generate leads through site visits, references, and channel partners
Prepare proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
Negotiate and close deals
2. Project Coordination
Act as a single point of contact between:
Client
Architect / Interior Designer
Electrician
Internal technical team
Track project timelines from sales closure to handover
Coordinate:
Material dispatch
Site readiness
Installation schedules
Ensure smooth execution and minimal delays
3. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with:
HNI clients
Builders & developers
Consultants
Conduct client meetings and solution demos
Handle client expectations, changes, and escalations professionally
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project sheets and CRM updates
Prepare:
Quotations
Scope of work
Payment follow-ups
Track collections and billing milestones
Generate weekly sales and project status reports
5. Site & Execution Support
Attend site meetings with stakeholders
Support technical team with client inputs and approvals
Ensure alignment between design, execution, and client expectations
