Job Description

Planned and conducted daily market visits for lead generation and customer acquisition.


Approached local merchants, retailers and small businesses to promote Paytm QR Code, Soundbox, EDC/Card Swipe Machine and other digital payment solutions.


Explained product features, benefits, pricing and usage process to customers.


Onboarded new merchants and completed KYC and required documentation.


Installed and activated Paytm devices at customer locations and provided basic product training.


Achieved daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through field visits and direct selling.

Maintained strong relationships with merchants and provided post-sales support.


Resolved customer queries and coordinated with internal teams for service-related issues.


Collected market feedback and shared competitor information with the reporting manager.


Prepared daily visit reports, lead reports, sales reports and installation updates.
