Field Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: South Kolkata (Kamalgazi)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Automobile sales background preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + TA + PF + ESIC + Bonus + Increment + Mobile Bill + Other Applicable Leaves

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by management.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.

• Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports.

• Assist in organizing local promotional activities or events.

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

• Coordinate with the back-office and management for smooth operations and customer handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass with at least 1 year of field sales experience.

• Preference for candidates from the automobile industry (two-wheeler/four-wheeler sales).

• Must have good communication and convincing skills.

• Should own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field work.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, and ready to travel within assigned areas.
