Job Description

Manage and develop sales in the wholesale / general trade market within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Appoint new wholesalers and expand market coverage
Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesalers and distributors
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at wholesale outlets
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, schemes, and consumer trends
Execute company sales schemes and promotional activities in the market
Ensure timely order collection, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups
Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and market visit records
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and secondary sales
Handle product launches and ensure effective market penetration
