Key responsibilities
• Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Source new property listings.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Educate owners on Valeespace services.
• Tenant Assistance:
• Assist tenants in finding suitable properties.
• Show prospective tenant’s properties.
• Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business
growth.
• Close sales through various methods.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate field documentation.
• Report performance metrics and feedback to management.
• Other:
• Fix appointments with property owners for key collection and property
pictures.
• Enhance the firm's brand reputation through interactions.
• Coordinate with the Relationship Manager to schedule and manage
meetings
Requirements :
1. 1+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Persuasive with sales skills
4. Customer service orientation
5. High levels of passion and ownership
