Job Description:
The Field Relationship Manager in the Agency Channel drives sales and growth in a specific region by managing and supporting a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Finding and hiring new financial advisors, ensuring they fit well with the company.
Providing ongoing training and support to enhance advisors’ skills and sales techniques.
Maintaining strong relationships with advisors for their success and retention.
Exploring new opportunities and analyzing market trends for growth.
Tracking results and sharing updates with higher management.
Qualification & Experience:
Must have completed Graduation.
At least 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
Excellent skills in building relationships with agents and clients.
