What You Have to Do:

Go to different areas and find drivers for job
Talk to people and convince them to join
Take basic interviews and check details
Help in joining process (documents, etc.)
Keep simple record of candidates

Requirements:

2 years of experience in hiring (especially drivers is better)
Must know Marathi or Hindi
Should be comfortable travelling locally
Good communication skills
