This requires FIELD WORK

Job Role:

We need a person who can go out in the field and hire drivers for our EV company.

What You Have to Do:

Go to different areas and find drivers for job
Talk to people and convince them to join
Take basic interviews and check details
Help in joining process (documents, etc.)
Keep simple record of candidates

Requirements:

2 years experience in hiring (driver hiring is a plus)
Must know Telugu or Hindi
Should be comfortable travelling locally
Good communication skills
