Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk hiring and onboarding of delivery riders

• Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins, and referral hiring

• Manage rider teams and achieve daily hiring targets

• Verify documents (Aadhar Card, Driving License, RC & Bank Details)

• Support rider activation, engagement, and retention

Qualification: 12th

Experience: fresher
