Core Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and technical services at client locations.
Manpower Management: Recruit, train, deploy, and monitor housekeeping and technical staff. Manage attendance and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and grooming standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Conduct regular inspections and submit reports on site, safety, and maintenance.
Vendor Coordination: Support or manage vendor interactions for on-site services.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years in Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) or the manpower industry.
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.
Skills: Strong people management, field execution, and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication in local language and English.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and own two-wheeler for traveling across multiple sites.
Common Working Conditions
High mobility required; requires visiting multiple client sites.
Often involves working under minimal supervision.
