Job Description: Field Officer – Facility Management

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Field Officer to manage on-ground operations, supervise site staff, ensure service quality, and act as a key link between clients, site teams, and the central operations team. Candidates with experience in delivery management, fleet operations, or field coordination are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Visit client sites regularly to monitor housekeeping, security, and facility staff performance
Ensure manpower deployment as per shift schedules and SLAs
Coordinate with site supervisors and resolve daily operational issues
Handle staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs
Conduct spot checks for quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and escalations
Support onboarding, training, and replacement of field staff
Submit daily/weekly site visit reports and MIS to the operations team
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Preferred Background
Facility Management / Housekeeping / Security operations
Delivery operations (last-mile, logistics, courier, food delivery)
Fleet management or field-based operations
Any role involving team handling, route/site management, and field coordination.
