Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Field Executive for our Department with experience in executing tasks under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. This is a non-recovery role focused solely on field-level execution of legal processes, including notice delivery, property inspection, possession assistance, and documentation. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in SARFAESI or a similar field in executive support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property visits for verification, inspection, and basic documentation.

• Maintain proper records of daily field visits and submit reports to the legal/enforcement team.

• Liaise with court officials, police departments, and other government bodies for case follow-ups related to execution.

• Coordinate with local advocates and authorities for SARFAESI process compliance.

• Travel as required for execution cases, with proper route planning and task tracking.

• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality during all field-related activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal fieldwork or similar administrative field roles.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with legal personnel, government officers, and clients.

• Honest, reliable, and well-organised.

• Should be comfortable with travel and field visits.

• Valid driving license and a two-wheeler preferred.

• Understanding of the SARFAESI Act and legal procedures.

Preferred qualification:

• 12th or a Graduate is necessary.

• Familiarity with basic legal terminology.
