We are looking for a Inventory Executive Real Estate to join our team at Eipm. A Field Executive specializing in inventory search is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and updating property listings to support leasing and sales operations. They act as the on-ground resource for gathering accurate market data and ensuring clients have access to the most relevant property options. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.

  Inventory Identification & Search

  Scout residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.

  Build and maintain a database of available inventory in target markets.

  Verify property details (location, size, amenities, pricing) during field visits.

  Client Support & Site Visits

  Conduct property tours with prospective clients.

  Present property features and assist in comparisons for decision-making.

  Coordinate with leasing/sales teams to schedule and manage visits.

  Market Research & Data Collection

  Track competitor properties, rental benchmarks, and occupancy trends.

  Gather feedback from clients and property owners for continuous improvement.

  Provide insights to management for strategic planning.

  Documentation & Compliance

  Collect KYC documents, agreements, and other paperwork from clients.

  Ensure property details are accurately recorded in company systems.

  Support compliance with company policies during field operations.

  Coordination & Reporting

  Act as a bridge between office staff and on-ground activities.

  Share updated inventory lists and client requirements with the team.

  Prepare weekly reports on property searches and site visits.
