We are hiring for a Field executive -Loan recovery process to be a part of our team for our organization.

• Job Role: Field Executive-Loan Recovery

• Languages Required: Marathi or Hindi ( Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Field loan recovery.

• Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferred.

• DRA Certification is mandatory

• Location: Solapur district-Solapur city | Pandharpur|Malshriras| Sangola

Job Responsibilities – Field Executive (Loan Recovery)

• Visit customers at their residence or workplace to recover overdue loan payments.

• Follow up with delinquent customers through field visits and phone calls.

• Explain outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and available settlement options.

• Negotiate with customers to ensure timely loan repayment while maintaining professionalism.

• Collect payments through approved company procedures and issue valid payment acknowledgments.

• Update customer visit reports, collection status, and recovery details in the company's system or mobile application.

• Verify customer addresses, employment details, and contact information during field visits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.

• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.

• Coordinate with branch teams, collection managers, and operations for effective case resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle interactions courteously.

• Submit daily activity reports and recovery updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and payment collections.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Knowledge of loan recovery and collection processes.

• Basic smartphone and MS Office skills.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field roles).

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
