Salary: ₹9,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting financial products, generating leads, and assisting clients with applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations to generate new leads

• Explain financial products and services to potential customers

• Assist customers with the application process

• Maintain daily reports of field activities

• Achieve monthly targets and performance goals

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Basic understanding of financial products (credit cards, loans, etc.)

• Confidence in talking to new people

• Ability to work in the field and meet targets

• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, forms, etc.)
