Job Title:•• Field Executive – Captain Onboarding (E-Rickshaw/Auto)

Location = Delhi NCR:•• Ghaziabad, East Delhi, West Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month + Incentives

Experience:0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Education:•• 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate

Working Days:•• 6 Days/Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Onboard E-Rickshaw and Auto Captains in assigned areas.

• Verify documents and ensure compliance.

• Assist captains with account activation.

• Ensure first-ride completion.

• Achieve daily onboarding targets and maintain reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in the local language.

• Basic smartphone knowledge.

• Local area knowledge of the assigned area.

• Field sales or onboarding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
