Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to shop owners and merchants.
•Introduce and explain Amazon Pay QR Code Scanner and its benefits.
•Convince merchants to activate and use the QR code for digital payments.
•Guide merchants through the onboarding and activation process.
•Maintain daily call records and follow-ups with interested merchants.
•Coordinate with the field team if physical QR installation is required.
•Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.
•Provide proper information about offers, cashback, and payment benefits to merchants.
