Job Title: Sourcing – Junior Executive / Executive
Department: Sourcing / New Store Opening (NSO)
Reports To: Regional Project Lead
Education: Any Graduate degree.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in retail expansion, commercial property sourcing, location scouting, or New Store Opening (NSO) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed retail location sourcing for New Store Openings (NSO).
• Identified and evaluated potential sites through market research and field visits.
• Negotiated with landlords and handled lease documentation.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams for timely store launches.
• Prepared location reports, cluster maps, and sourcing updates.
• Managed renewals, extensions, and property-related activities.
