Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team [Vision India]. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹15000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

• Carry out wiring and connections of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.

• Ensure systems are installed as per design specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of installed systems.

• Supervise junior technicians and helpers during field work.

• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards at work sites.

• Prepare daily work reports and communicate with the project manager.

• Provide basic operational guidance to clients after installation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation, commissioning, or maintenance.

• Strong understanding of solar PV system components and electrical wiring.

• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and installation drawings.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (email reporting, documentation, etc.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
