Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision:

• Manpower Deployment: Oversee the daily deployment, attendance, and grooming of security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping staff across various client sites in Noida/NCR.
  Perform surprise field audits at corporate offices, residential hubs, and commercial complexes to check guard alertness and housekeeping standards.

• Client Relationship: Act as the primary coordinator for corporate clients, managing operational complaints and on-site workforce replacement requests instantly.
  New Manpower Sourcing: Support on-ground mobilization and local background checking for newly hired guards and facility staff.

• Compliance Reporting: Update daily deployment registers, duty rosters, and incident reports at the Sector 49 regional branch.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate degree.

• Mandatory Assets: Must own a smartphone and a personal bike for heavy daily field transit.

• Core Skills: Experience in manpower coordination, strong conflict resolution skills, and sound knowledge of Noida geography.

• Documents Needed: Valid Driving License, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and verified banking proof.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
