About the Role
We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and communicative to join our ground activation team. As a Field Executive, you will be the face of our app on campus and nearby local hubs, helping users register on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch the app directly to local foot traffic at assigned locations.
- Help users install the app and complete their registration/first task.
- Ensure users enter your unique Referral Code during signup to track your payouts.
- Achieve daily targets (e.g., 20–30 valid user signups/leads per day).
- Submit daily activity reports and location check-ins to your team lead.
Key Requirements
- Must own a smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Fluent in local languages and basic English.
- High energy, friendly attitude, and confident approaching people in public.
- No prior experience required (Freshers welcome).
