Job Description:
We are hiring freshers Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

·         Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

·         Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and close sales deals.

·         Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

·         Prepare regular sales reports and update management on performance metrics.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

·         Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a coordination role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

·         Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
