Field Executive

Job Description:

Plan and execute daily market visits for lead generation

Promote and sell Paytm products: QR, Soundbox, EDC/Card Swipe, POS software, Insurance

Onboard new merchants and explain product benefits and usage

Ensure proper deployment of devices and merchant training

Provide support to existing merchants and resolve any issues

Collect feedback on products and competitor activities

Achieve sales targets and maintain good merchant relationships

Requirements:

Age: 18–35 years

Own two-wheeler with valid driving license

Own smartphone and basic app knowledge

Strong communication and sales skills

Knowledge of local area

0–3 years experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, or related field

Freshers with good sales attitude can apply
