Job Summary:
Paytm is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Executives to join our Service Department across various locations in Madhya Pradesh. This is a service-oriented role, not a sales position. You will visit merchants and help resolve product-related issues while ensuring smooth usage of Paytm services and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Support Tasks:
Visit customers for servicing of Paytm device
Replace faulty Soundbox / QR Code.
Replace non-working EDC (Card Swipe) machines.
Assist customers in activating and using Paytm services.
Reactivate services for old or inactive Paytm users (win-back).
2. Cross-Selling & Onboarding:
Educate merchants about:
Gold SIP
Loan and Insurance products
Conduct Welcome Visits for newly onboarded loan merchants.
Daily Target:
Complete 10+ tasks per day, combining both service and cross-sell activities.
Salary & Benefits:
₹21,000 CTC
₹16,500 In-Hand Salary
Additional Incentives based on task performance
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Must own a Smartphone
Must have a Bike and a Valid Driving License
Mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar and Bank Account
