Field Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to assist in on-ground real estate operations including property visits, client coordination, documentation support, and site monitoring. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete information about the properties.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for scheduling property viewings.

• Handle client interactions during site visits with professionalism and courtesy.

• Verify property details and ensure proper display of marketing materials at sites.

• Collect and submit documents from clients and other stakeholders as required.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads post site visits.

• Support in-ground level tasks related to sales, marketing, and operations.

• Provide feedback from the field to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: PUC/10+2 or any bachelor's degree.

• 0–2 years of field experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel across Bengaluru.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, GPS navigation, and messaging apps.
