Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial properties as per assigned areas.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients.
Promote company’s property management services (rentals, maintenance, etc.).
Collect client feedback and report market trends to the manager.
Ensure smooth coordination between tenants, owners, and internal teams.
Achieve targets related to property onboarding, tenant acquisition, and client satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and property updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/property management or field sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across assigned areas.
Target-driven and proactive in resolving client queries.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or reporting tools is a plus.
