Field Executive

Urban Company is looking for experienced Field Executives / BDEs to onboard female domestic workers (maids) onto its platform by reaching out to local areas. Your role will include identifying potential maids, pitching the platform

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Visit field areas like slums, maid clusters, resettlement zones

Find and approach women working as housemaids or looking for housework

Explain Urban Company’s benefits (verified clients, steady work, secure payment)

✅ Requirements:

Mandatory field sales or outreach experience (NGOs, gig platforms, Meesho, Paytm, Swiggy, etc.)

Fluent in Hindi or Telugu or other language

Own smartphone (Android preferred)

Comfortable working in slum/resettlement areas

Preferably female candidates for better conversion

🕐 Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with lunch break)

6 working days (Sunday/weekend off rotation)
