Field Executive

As a Field Onboarding Executive at Rapido, you will be the face of our platform for new captains (bike owners/riders). Your primary responsibility will be to actively approach, pitch, and onboard potential captains onto the Rapido platform, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential captains in the field.

Pitch Rapido’s benefits and platform features to prospective captains.

Assist captains with app installation and guide them through the registration process.

Verify all required documents, including a driving license, vehicle registration certificate (RC),  and Aadhaar.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the captain documentation.
