Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Fixed Deposits

Job Summary

Shriram Finance Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and close Fixed Deposit investment products. The role involves meeting clients at their residences and offices converting warm and hot leads provided by the company and completing end-to-end investment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert company-generated warm and hot leads into Fixed Deposit investments

• Visit clients at residences, offices and business locations for product presentation and closure.

• Clearly explain Fixed Deposit features, returns, tenure and benefits.

• Ensure accurate completion of KYC and investment documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issuance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily activity reports and follow-ups.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales (financial products preferred)

• Experience in investments, fixed deposits, insurance, mutual funds or BFSI will be an advantage

• Comfortable with field work and client meetings.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Presentable personality with a professional approach.

• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined.

• Basic knowledge of investment products is preferred.
