Job Summary

Ivy Homes is looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for visiting residential properties, apartments, and project sites across Bengaluru to capture current and accurate property photographs and share them with the concerned internal team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling across Bengaluru, visiting different residential locations, and working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit apartments, residential properties, and project sites across Bengaluru as per assigned requirements.

• Take clear, updated, and accurate photographs of properties and their current status.

• Capture photographs of the property, building, common areas, surroundings, amenities, and other areas as instructed.

• Ensure photographs are taken from appropriate angles and provide a clear representation of the property's current condition.

• Share photographs and required property updates with the concerned team within the given timeline.

• Coordinate with apartment security, residents, property owners, brokers, or site representatives when required.

• Maintain proper records of completed site visits and assigned properties.

• Travel to multiple locations across Bengaluru based on daily assignments.

• Follow company guidelines for property visits, photography, documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned field activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Must have a 2-Wheeler.

• Must possess a valid Driving Licence.

• Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads and different localities will be an advantage.

• Comfortable travelling extensively across Bengaluru.

• Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, camera, and other mobile applications.

• Good communication skills and professional behaviour.

• Should be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

• Previous experience in field work, real estate, property verification, delivery, survey, or similar roles will be an added advantage.

• Freshers can also apply if they meet the above requirements and are comfortable with field travel.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
