Job Description: Vending Machine Filler / Route Executive

Job Summary

The Vending Machine Filler is responsible for ensuring that vending machines are fully stocked,

clean, and operational as per the assigned route plan. The role involves timely product refilling,

inventory management, basic machine maintenance, and providing excellent service to clients

while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned vending machines as per the daily route plan.

- Refill products according to PDPM and stock requirements.

- Check expiry dates and follow FIFO.

- Remove expired or damaged products.

- Maintain machine cleanliness.

- Perform basic machine health checks and report issues.

- Record refilling details using the company app.

- Coordinate stock replenishment.

- Capture before/after service photos.

- Escalate customer complaints promptly.
