Job Description

Position: Field Executive

Location: Ludhiana

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Field Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. This role does not involve any sales. The main responsibility is to conduct field visits for recce purposes—capturing photographs of hoardings/billboards and measuring their dimensions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit various locations within Ludhiana and nearby areas for site recce.

• Capture clear and accurate photos of hoardings/billboards and surroundings.

• Measure the size/dimensions of advertising boards and record them correctly.

• Prepare and submit daily field reports with site details, photos, and measurements.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding assigned routes and locations.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per campaign schedules.

• Maintain professionalism while interacting with site owners or local authorities, if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler (preferred).

• Good knowledge of Ludhiana roads and local areas.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic data entry.

• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
