Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Executive to manage on-site operations, coordinate with clients/customers, and ensure smooth execution of field activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, good at communication, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers/vendors for data collection, verification, or service-related tasks.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, collect feedback, and ensure proper implementation of company processes.

• Coordinate between the field and office team for timely reporting and task completion.

• Maintain daily visit reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

• Handle documentation, site inspections, and follow-up visits as required.

• Assist in marketing/sales/promotion (if applicable).

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and vendors.

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply).

• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (if required for fieldwork).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
