Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent Field Collection Executive to manage on-ground collection of payments, maintain customer records, and ensure timely recovery. The candidate will interact with customers directly, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with the internal team to achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to collect payments from customers

• Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments

• Report daily collection activity to the supervisor

• Ensure all collections are recorded and deposited timely

• Resolve customer queries regarding payments professionally

• Coordinate with office and operations teams for smooth collection process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in field collections, sales, or related roles

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets

• Basic smartphone and app usage skills for reporting

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
