Field Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, generating sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers daily.

• Generate new business opportunities and increase product sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at outlets.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Process orders and coordinate timely deliveries.

• Collect payments from customers as per company policy.

• Submit daily sales reports and route plans to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile sales applications.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
