We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to expand our commercial projects in Heat Pump Water Heaters, Water Softeners, and Plumbing Solutions.
• Identify and search for new project sites (Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Apartments)
• Visit sites and meet builders, contractors, consultants & decision-makers
• Generate new business leads through field visits and references
• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth project execution
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Confidence in client meetings
• Basic knowledge of commercial projects (preferred)
• Ability to travel locally for site visits
• Target-driven mindset
• 1–3 years in field sales / project sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong confidence can also apply
