We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground activities such as client visits, field inspections, service executions, and customer relationship management. The role demands regular travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Visit client sites as per schedule to carry out inspections, deliver services, or collect documents.
Maintain records of field visits, interactions, feedback, and issues.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns promptly.
Collect, verify, and submit necessary documentation or proof of service.
Promote and upsell services/products where applicable.
Ensure service quality and adherence to company standards in every field interaction.
Report daily activities and updates to the reporting manager.
Handle basic troubleshooting or problem resolution on the ground.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers or partners in the assigned region.

Experience: 0–2 years
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge (for service-related roles)
Ability to navigate using mobile apps (Maps, CRM, etc.)
Strong time management and reporting abilities
Other:
Valid two-wheeler license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Field-based role with daily travel (up to 70–90% time on-site)
