We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to represent our company in the field, build strong customer relationships, and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable traveling locally, and be able to achieve assigned targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, clients, or business partners as per the assigned schedule.
Promote the company's products or services and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Collect payments, documents, or required information from clients when needed.
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and field visits.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Valid driving license (preferred, if travel is required).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
